Paul has been involved in accounts and bookkeeping since leaving school and during this time has developed a vast knowledge of various businesses and software packages. Paul is a member of the ICB, and his main role is to ensure existing clients receive an unrivalled service. He enjoys helping SMEs develop a solid financial structure and assisting with systems and internal processes.
Paul is married to Jayne, and they now live in Faversham having moved from Croydon in June 2021.
In his spare time Paul enjoys watching cricket and football, karaoke and dining out.
Tom is a philosophy graduate responsible for client onboarding, compliance, marketing, basic bookkeeping and ensuring smooth running of the office.
In his free time Tom likes walking his dog Rufus, record collecting and ‘enjoys’ watching West Ham.
Grant joined Cain & Co in February 2022. He specialises in all aspects of bookkeeping, including VAT returns, CIS returns bank reconciliations and is our first port of call for all things QuickBooks.
Grant enjoys weightlifting and takes a keen interest in his sons football team.
A qualified bookkeeper licensed by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, Mel specialises in payroll management and comprehensive bookkeeping services.
Mel previously worked as a Finance Manager at a manufacturing company for 14 years.
Sam joined Cain & Co in March 2014. She has been bookkeeping for nearly 20 years and during this time has worked for several businesses including a cafe, bakery, a building company and within the healthcare and industry. Sam currently looks after 3 clients in and around the Maidstone area and she is a huge asset to the business.
